Director of Warranty and Service required for a leading manufacturer of Lithium-Ion battery systems for e-mobility and energy storage applications.
Gaining recognition across the globe for their innovation, our Michigan based client is a rapidly expanding organisation developing the next generation of batteries for various application areas.
They now seek to recruit a Director of Warranty and Service responsible for building strong customer relationships, achieving excellent customer satisfaction levels and continuously growing and promoting the company’s customer service portfolio.
Paramount to your success is demonstrating a high level of initiative, self-motivation, engagement with customers and internal stakeholders, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.
This role will be responsible for being both a strategic and tactical leader for the Customer Service and Warranty team of which you will be responsible for leading and developing the team and continuously enhancing its performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience working in customer service and >5 years of experience leading teams of skilled mechanical and electrical service technicians
- 5+ years of working with complex electro-mechanical systems required;
- Highly collaborative with a genuine passion for customer service
